I had a terrible experience with the rental in this place. I booked online the biggest transport van to move houses. When I arrived, they did not show us to the van we had to make our way to a parking lot a few streets down. Then, the van that I had reserved had a flat tired so I was given a smaller van because "it was the only one available" even though there were another 2 bigger ones parked in the parking lot. The only compensation was not to top up the tank before bringing it back and it already was under 1/2 and removing the price for the GPS that I also book. However, they did not give it to me. I had to come back to the office (walking down the street again) for it and the only one they have was missing the piece to attach it to the van...
And to finish it all, they charged me for an excess of Km (255 Km!!!) when I did under 100km (that is included) just because they had the initial Km wrongly registered. I took a photo of the initial Km and I already send an email claiming it back.
I will not come back to this place to rent any vehicle.
