[komplett anzeigen] I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DHL and Deutsche Post AG regarding the handling of my parcel (Tracking Number: CC032634628PK). My package has been stuck at the Radefeld delivery base since June 20th, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, I have received nothing but conflicting and inconsistent information.
Initially, I was told that the house number was missing from the address. Then, I was informed that the sender needed to initiate an inquiry. Later, I was assured that the inquiry was already in progress, but shortly afterward, I was told that no inquiry had been initiated at all. The story kept changing—one moment I was instructed that the sender should provide their home address, and the next, I was told that the Pakistan Post office should contact DHL directly. Each time I reached out, I was given a different explanation, none of which resolved the issue.
I have done everything within my power to get my parcel delivered, including writing to the head office of Deutsche Post in Bonn. Shockingly, when I finally reached out to the Deutsche Post office, I was told that my parcel might have been lost.
This level of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. My experience with DHL/Deutsche Post AG has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of accountability. I urge others to think twice before using their services, as this ordeal has caused me significant stress
